Joshua's tooth
So this isn't a great picture of Joshua, but you can see his one little tooth. We are working on tooth #2 now. He gets fussy, but with this second tooth he seems to be sleeping through it more. (which is just fine with mommy!)

Joshua & Duke
Joshua & Duke are playing more often & Duke seems a bit more interested in the little man.
JCS just loves Duke. He will watch him run to the window and the door then the other window chasing rabbits. There are times that I call Duke over if JCS is fussy. Joshua always smiles when Duke is around. :)

Crawling
So, that looks like a good start to crawling, right? The next few pictures show what happens after he gets up on his hands and knees...

He's getting around well for not crawling. He scoots and rolls and gets to whatever he's trying to get to. I, personally am okay with him not crawling. I'm still working on how to baby proof the shop. yikes!

8 month picture with Simpson
Mommy was changing the sales floor to fall merchandise so Joshua was playing in his pack n play when a friend name Simpson came to visit him. :)

In this picture he's using Auntie's blackberry, but don't worry, he has his own. Grandma Dana got a new blackberry (because her old one she couldn't see videos of Joshua). Joshua now has Grandma Dana's old blackberry to play with. He is getting pretty good typing with his thumbs.
Joshua loves to stand. He can't do it on his own, but he is starting to pull up to his knees. When we go to sit him down, he straightens his legs and wants to stand. He's strong and strong willed (Grandma Dana might have mentioned his mother is too).
He giggles and laughs when he's standing.
