Video time!

Yesterday, Joshua started jabbering a lot and for longer stretches. We sent this video to daddy yesterday at work. Daddy sure liked it a lot! This video is from his new play area at the shop. Joshua's words include: da da, daddy, ma ma, uke (duke), doggie, geen (green bear), hi & hey. He loves to wave and clap his hands.

Auntie Jennifer has said for a long time that JCS was going to be a drummer and she was going to get him a drum set. No need, he has one in the flower shop apparently!

Joshua enjoyed his first tailgate this last Saturday. He liked having so many people around. Below he's with Natalie and his new Purdue monkey from Joan.

He doesn't look real happy in this picture but that's because I was in his way. He really enjoyed watching the bean bag toss game. He didn't enjoy me being in his way. He's trying to look around me when I took this picture.

We've had 2 nights of swimming so far and Joshua loves it! He's the youngest in his group. He loves splashing and kicking in the water.

When I have him on his tummy he will kick his feet and splash with his hands and arms. Seems natural to him.

We are going to the high school across the street from our house, so we just take the stroller over to his class. This was last night after class on the way home.

This seems fitting that he's trying to pull himself up on the cooler.

Mommy thought this was container was made to put a plant in. Apparently it's a drum. :)
